Lyrics

I am not afraid of the darkness now or its spells on me.  We found the cup in the chapel room, we drank of its mead.  The altar, like a fire, was cleansed of its disgrace and it shown upon our guilt, but then forgave us with its grace...
Chorus: So we carry the cup and walk in the light it shows.  We carry the cup and walk in the light it shows.
The war band came like the walking dead, to see to our defeat. We fought them off 'till our own exhaustion, forced a small retreat.  We staggered to the well and found the righteous sword and the war band melted down like molten lead right through the floor..
Chorus
Then once again we were found in battle, sure to be our last.  The three of us against the legions.  We would die at the task.  And then, that simple thought, to show the Holy Grail, and the enemy dried up like fallen leaves upon the trail...
Chorus
